Most small/mid-size organizations will select our Standard subscription. If your Incident Response team has more than 10 people, contact us so we can discuss the best option for your needs.
We accept credit card, Purchase Order, corporate wire transfers and ACH transfers. We also accept Stripe and Paypal for Business digital payments.
Our product is licensed per-user, per-month. This means if you have 3 users, your monthly cost would be 3 times the per user cost.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you have flexibility with your subscription.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you'll continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We operate on a no-refund policy for subscription fees. Since our service is delivered continuously and you have access to all features from the moment you subscribe, we don't offer refunds for partial or unused portions of your subscription period.
